Job Responsibilities:
- Develop business relationship with new and existing clients.
- Develop & execute sales plans and strategies aimed at expanding the customer portfolio base,
- Driving and securing sales through your understanding of our business which is specialise in automation products and intelligent system solution
- Deliver Annual Sales Target
- Partner with & establish relationships with suppliers and partners to deliver required solutions to client

BMS Service Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out prev entive and corrective maintenance of Building Automation System in buildings.
- Carry out troubleshooting and testing and commissioning activities for solution system when required.
- Manage maintenance contract to ensure contract requirement and contract deliverables are met.
- Liaison with client and customer and Arrange and manage sub-contractors/vendors to fulfil contract requirement
- Generation of maintenance report to client and management
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- min working experience: 2 years of service experience
- Knowledge in BMS System, Knowledge in AutoCAD, Able to multi-task and work under pressure, Able to work weekend & odd hours when required
Operation Engineer
Job Responsibilites:
- Manage maintenance contract to ensure contract requirement and contract deliverables are met
- Lead a team of technicians to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of ACMV
- System including chilled water system, AHUs, FCUs, VRV system and mechanical ventilation system
- Liaison with client and end user customer to meet site and contract requirement
- Arrange and manage sub-contractors/vendors to fulfil contract requirement
- Monitor chiller plant operations and efficiency
- Generation of maintenance report to client and management
- Manage billing cycle of contract
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Mec hanical / Electrical Engineering
- Autocad skills & basic computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point and Excel)
- Pleasant personality, independent, resourceful, self-motivated, hardworking and able to work as a team
- Able to work under minimal supervision and be proactive
- Able to work in a fast pace environment and handle tight deadlines
Technician & Supervisor (Facilities Management / ACMV)
Job Responsibilites:
- Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customers’ enquiries, needs and complaints
- Perform preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, ACMV systems, chiller and electrical control
- Coordinate and supervise contractors/vendors’ work and documentation
Job Requirements:
- Recognized technical certificates in Mechanical & Electrical, Building Services, Facilities Technology ACMV, or its equivalent. Those with stronger experience will be considered for a supervisory role
- Possess technical knowledge in chillers, ACMV equipment, switchboard, generators and experience in BMS and BAS
- Positive attitude, good interpersonal & customer-centric skills
- Shift work may be required
- Candidates with WSQ qualifications are welcome to apply
- Those without relevant experience but keen to pursue a career in Facilities Mgmt and/or ACMV may be eligible to pursue studies under company-sponsored ITE traineeship programme in “Facility Technology (Mechanical & Electrical Services)”.
Finance & Admin Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- To manage and support the department in handling phone calls, typing quotations, purchase orders, letters, reports, data entry, photocopying and scanning of documents
- To handle stocktake, prepare delivery orders and invoices for issuance to customers
- Ensure that all mandatory filings are done in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist in the preparation of Financial and Management Accounting Reports
- Receive and process all receipts and payments including invoices, expenses claims, and other requests;
- Verify calculations, carry out reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of any other adhoc reports required by the Finance Manager and reporting Head of Departments.
- To provide general office admin duties, office assets and equipment including photocopier and computers management, liaising with external vendors and customers for information etc
